We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, researching and purchasing our products on the Parkin Online Store at https://www.parkinfabrics.co.uk shop. The Parkin Online Store and Head Office are operated by Parkin Fabrics Limited, which is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with its registered office at Unit 10 Platt & Hill Industrial Park, Fitton Hill Road, Oldham. OL8 2ES England and with registered number 2309411 at the Companies Registration Office of England. To make it visually easier for both of us, we’ll refer to the Parkin Online Store and the Parkin Fabrics Head Office as ‘Parkin’, ‘we’ or ‘us’. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the Parkin Store. If you purchase a product via the Parkin Store, these Terms apply to the sales contract between you and Parkin, in which case, please follow the links to see the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. You need to be at least 18 years old to place orders on the Parkin Store.

Shipping and Delivery

UK Premium Delivery

Next Day Courier - DHL from £9.10 (including VAT) - Target delivery time 1-2 days from dispatch. (For orders placed before 9am)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Small Parcel service £5.65 (including VAT) - Target delivery time 1-2 days from despatch. (For orders placed before 11am)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Small Parcel service £4.85 (including VAT) - Target delivery time 3-4 working days from despatch. (For orders placed before 11am)

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next Working Day Pre-1pm (For orders placed before 11am) = £11.95 (including VAT) - Target delivery time 1-2 days from despatch.

Next day delivery is available on request for orders received before 11am, for delivery on Monday to Friday only. Next day delivery is not possible to some areas outside mainland UK1.

Please enquire. During peak periods this service may not be possible.

International Shipping and Delivery

£12.75 (up to 5kg)

DHL Express Worldwide

We offer fast, insured delivery to anywhere in the world. The delivery time and charge for international orders depends on the destination, weight, value and size of the order. Accurate shipping services via DHL Express Worldwide will be calculated at the shopping cart. 

Please note: Outside the UK, local customs charges may be payable or import licences may be required. We cannot be responsible for these and advise you check before ordering.

Despatch

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch all orders within one working day (Monday to Friday) of receipt. During peak times this may not be possible. Orders to international destinations will be sent according to customer requirements.

How to Pay

If you order by post, please include payment (including postage) with your order. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards. You may also pay by bank transfer, PayPal, cheque or cash. Please do not send cash by post.

Please note that mainland UK1 includes England, Wales and parts of Scotland but excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands.
